Best price will always attract me as a customer. It is the brother who open the first Vietnamese Restaurant in the Phoenix area after Da Vang. The chefs are the ladies who worked tirelessly and they will always bring fresh basil along with the spring rolls (cha yo) and a vegetable to wrap the roll in. One of the best Pho in the city but I am not a fan of their Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef pasta soup with pork blood and pig feet) but they do have the best Chao Long (internal organ soup with pig blood). Mostly Asian clients so you know this is a good place. $5-7.. Interesting enough, the more costly, the worse the food becomes.
