  • If I could give this dealership a negative star, I would in a heartbeat!! I talked to them once for information on a used car I was interested and once they had my number I had calls from them 6 times a day two weeks! I'm not exaggerating and I was infuriated!! I got calls initially from Omar and angel. I told them repeatedly to stop calling me and I would reach out when I am interested or needed further assistance. No matter what I said they continued to call me! Then I talked to Robert, the manager, and told him to never call me again because I already found a car. The day after I got two calls, one from Omar and the other from another manager William, asking if I had bought another car yet!! This was harressment at its finest. UMMM NEWSFLASH BELL HONDA!!! You need to have what's called a preshift before every meeting and discuss what is important for the day, what numbers you need to reach, and what problems are happening within the store so you don't make them again. They have clearly lost me and my entire family as a customer and I will ensure to turn away people from your location. 4 of your employees I talked to are super sleezy and clearly don't care about the person at all. They care about meeting their quota by the end of the night. So anyone who is reading this, please trust me when I say to never go to this dealer and if you do anyway, be smart and don't trust them whatsoever.
