| - For the record, I would, if given the option, rank this store 3 1/2 stars.
I think the comments about "ripoff" and "knockoff" items are misleading. Completely original, the store is not; a carbon copy, plagiarzing shithole it also is not.
The store is unique in its own right (compared to smaller shops), due to its fairly large selection, moderate prices (on most items), and its generally pleasant aesthetic. They sell a lot of neat items you would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. You will wish you could take home much of the hand crafted furniture, art, and accessories, though at times the shear repetitveness of the wood themed decor is too much to tolerate.
I appreciate the simplicity of much of the place, without some of the gaudiness Mahayana often brings to Buddhism. I recommend at least visiting the place, and I challenge you to shop around without finding at least one thing that you want to purchase.
(Oh, they carry plugs, too. Plugs that aren't cheap, plastic crap... at least so it appeared.)
