Eva Perez has a serious customer service problem! I was speaking to her regarding extra fees I was being charged. I explained to her my interpretation of what was explained to me. She in turn told me "that's not true" so I can understand if I had misinterpreted or been misinformed but to tell me I'm lying is very disrespectful. Therefore I wanted to clarify so I asked her "are you saying I'm lying" she said "yes ". The audacity to be rude in that way was unbelievable to me. So I asked her if I can speak with her supervisor she cold transferred me to voicemail. I called back because I wanted to speak to a live person and because she has caller ID she didn't answer just transferred me back to a voicemail without saying hello. I have heard bad stories about this company after I already moved in. So it was too late for me, but it's really sad how one person who is first contact of a company is so unprofessional.
