  • 2 stars is for the bathroom the shower pressure was great and the mirror is awesome for putting makeup on. We stayed in the North rooms we booked a king room got 2 queens. The view feels like your in a basement it's off the second floor.. it was just really strange. The bed and the pillows were rough... bring your own pillow if you plan on staying here. We woke up with stiff necks. On our day of check out which was a Sunday I called to the front desk to see if we can extend our check out time and she said you can stay until 12. Which I was like awesome another hour of sleep. Then at 1130 we had a knock at our door from a lady with a clip board threatening us with a $500 fee because we were there past 11am. I made her aware the front desk had told me 12. She kept repeating herself that they don't allow 12 pm check out.. I told her she needs to speak with her front desk. My husband and I frequent all different hotels on a regular basis. And this is the first time I've experienced some one being this rude. This was our first and last time at MGM.
