  • I have been a regular, steady customer here since August of 2015. Always only seeing J** who is the owner, btw. She will be the first person that you see when you walk in to the right, although I do know they are moving right next-door tomorrow I'm sure she will still sit in front so you won't miss her. She does a great job the first couple times but she always has her next appointment waiting and she's rushing the entire time. She never lets you see any of the other nail technicians if you see her one time, she thinks that you are loyal to her so you cannot see any of the other technicians if you do she will treat you horribly and overcharge you after that. I'm huge on customer service and I was on time today and she actually yelled at me for being late when she wasn't even in the salon on top of that I was on time! She was 30 min late and in front of everyone in the salon clients, etc.! I just lost it so I will not be going back and I will actually be go to any other salon rather than that one! By the way her eyelash extensions are glued on with black superglue and the eyelashes are the ones that you buy from any cheap drugstore the cheapest single lashes you can buy. Gel always chips. I try to give her plenty of time and it just got worse and worse so that's why I finally decided to write this review. She needs to learn how to treat people. It almost like she punishes you! LOL! Ridiculous! On top of it I always tipped her $10 every single time so I can't imagine how she treated the other people that tipped out less!
