  • This location has the worst customer service in the history of all value villages. I will never spend another dime in this place. The deals USED to be good (if you spent a lot of time rummaging through other overpriced crap) but I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror if I continued to support this hole. You can bet I have already found a more charitable organization to frequent - one that I can feel proud about donating my stuff (to) and not be made to feel like chump when I shop there. SMH x INFINITY P.S. I strongly advise young minorities of color to stay away from this place unless you want to be singled out and mistreated like some thief. Absolutely despicable....this is not an exaggeration & I have documents to back it up. Real thrifters with heart don't belong in here.
