After having a tooth extracted, a few pieces of tooth came out and I was in a lot of pain. I went back to see why I had pieces coming out and why I was in so much agony. The rude dentist told me that I had nothing but bone coming out and had developed dry socket . He then preceded to tell me he would not treat it , it will heal on its own. He said I smelled like cigarette smoke and it was basically my fault I got the dry socket. By the way, I did not smoke, I live with people who do smoke. They did an X-ray ( that I was charged for) and sent me on my way in pain to "heal" on my own . To top it all off , I was given some sort of medication before the extraction that completely knocked me out, then scolded my sister who took me because I was so out of it during the procedure! I'm not saying there is a direct correlation, but 3 weeks later I was in the hospital for a blood infection. Beware of this business...
