Current hold time: 29:50 and counting.... Roundpoint recently sold my mortgage yet STILL made automatic withdraws on my bank account - as did my current mortgage holder... Then two months later Roundpoint sends TWO payments to current mortgage holder - none of which equal the amount withdrawn. I finally get my current - Pennymac AND Roundpoint on the phone together and even Pennymac can't figure out what Roundpoint is saying or doing - it just doesn't make sense. One thing was cleared up - the additional principle I was paying to Roundpoint wasn't applied for THREE MONTHS - which of course affects my interest due!!! That's THEFT! Was supposed to get a follow up call from Roundpoint but never came so a week later - TODAY - I call and have NOW been on hold for 33:19 and counting while she "checks with our transfer department"... I get the feeling they are trying to wait me out but I'm tenacious and they have my money!! You don't really get a choice in who services your loan or who your load gets bought by but if you are UNLUCKY enough to get Roundpoint - DO NOT SET UP AUTO-WITHDRAW and keep a CLOSE eye on your statements. Note: 36:23 and counting - the call center {definitely doesn't seem to be US based, btw} person has not ONCE returned to the line to update me or check back with me. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES are the worst! Now at 40 minutes 8 seconds on HOLD without any check in...
