  • This company finally resolve the item that was missing. After weeks went by.. They issued a check for the amount $200 to replace the Beats headphones. Well I thought since they put in the effort to resolve the issue. I had them come back for continuing cleaning. This time, I will definitely point out their inconsistencies! But came to find out, I had to work. So I couldn't stay home.. The man was.. But that night when my mother came home. She started putting her make ups etc back on the bathroom sink. She then realized that a large jar of Lancôme facial cream is missing. She came in and told me right away. At this point, there's no use of dealing with The Cleaning Authority anymore. We have no receipt. Nor the box. Mind you it's a large jar. And beside my mother, I'm the only other lady in the house. And I don't like Lancôme at all to take her stuffs. So I just email the company and tell them I will no longer need their service!
