  • Finally I decide I have to write a review about my shopping experience at this lighting store. Two years ago, I bought almost 80% of all lightings for my new place. Why? It was because I like the design of their lightings. Some are almost like one of a kind design, and are priced reasonably. Most of the lightings were on sale too. The lovely chandelier hanging above my dining table is still looking as lovely and trendy as the very first time I saw it. Just love it:). I remember I broke one of the crystal pieces very carelessly when it was first installed. I called the store for help. The manager told me she could order some spare pieces from the supplier and I could go pick up at any time. I was given two more pieces as backup...Nice! I found the two vanity lightings I bought had defect issues. The issue of one of the vanity lights did not exist until after almost a year. The staff and manager of the store helped follow up promptly and arranged both replacements for me. I truly appreciate their professional after-sales service and friendly attitude. I want to also mention that this lighting store carries some decent living room furnitures. I, of course, own some of them! :D
