  • The ER on November 8 was wonderful, however, they admitted me to an observation toe room with NO BATHROOM and wanted me to stay in it for 4 days til they could fit me in for surgery... And I was at level 9 pain and at risk for developing major kidney infection .... I got the hell out, and went to Banner Baywood, where they took care of me right away! Stay away from Mercy Gilbert!!!!!
