  • I purchased a heavy sofa on a Saturday evening. I sent a request for service to ARMS, expecting to hear from them on Monday. Instead, the owner, Steve, called me immediately and arranged the delivery. He promised it at 10 a.m. Monday, depending on traffic. At 10:11, the sofa arrived. It was swaddled in a blanket and wrapped in plastic. By 10:30, the sofa was installed and Steve was gone. Really, this was an excellent experience. The price was right and Steve could hardly have been nicer. Moving can be difficult; most of us have good stuff and we don't want it banged around. I don't think you can go wrong with ARMS.
