  • I accidentally had some decorative glass rocks slip down the sink into our garbage disposal. I thought I had retrieved all of them until I turned on the disposal. Yikes! Sounded like the disposal was about to explode. So after searching on Yelp in reading reviews, called Lawson Family Plumbing and so glad we did. Within 12 hours of emailing them, they contacted us to confirm the problem and had someone at our house the next morning. The technician checked our disposal and apparently the problem fixed itself. He showed my husband what to do if it jams again. When I asked how much we owed for the call, he said "Don't worry about it." I told him we would at least like to pay for his gas for coming out. He declined and wished us a nice day. Wow! From the first contact to the last - GREAT customer service! I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing. Nice to have a plumbing company we can trust and practices great customer service.
