Vegans! Alas! I've finally found a place that dishes are mighty flavorful and healthy. Let's start with the elephant curry bowl with tofu and brown rice. It was incredibly delicious. Carrots and purple cabbage brought the crunch while the soft curry bathed rice and tofu almost melted in my mouth.
The enchilada style burrito supreme tantalized my tastebuds. Each ingredient playfully danced in unison among the authentic Mexican spices.
Last, but definitely not least, the country mushroom soup. Quinoa, corn, onion and vegetable broth were tied up perfectly with the mushrooms. I was never a fan of the fungus, until now. I've rescinded my hatred and replaced it with love.
Pomegranate Cafe, we will be back. I'll be longing to try other items on the menu until we meet again.
