Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a Living Social deal for a manicure and pedicure here; I have been to the salon before and was looking forward to going back. However, they apparently gave all the "Living Social clients" to someone who changed salons, was located "a few driveways down" in a new place...the new place doesn't even have a phone, I was given the nail tech's cell phone number to call and figure out the details of my own appointment. When I tried to cancel, they couldn't even cancel my appt because they had no record of it...they deleted all the appointments from there system...again, I was told to call the cell phone number. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Fortunately, Living Social has great customer service and refunded my money. But Carmel Day, you lost a customer. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
