  • Not so impressed. They were very fast to come out to my home, especially after I'm sure they were inundated with calls related to the freezing overnight temperatures. The plumber who came out was nice enough and he opted to put a shark bite (permanent fitting) on the pipe that was leaking. I had mixed feelings about this but I figured he was the expert, so I asked a few questions and then let him continue. I was also assured that there was a 1-year warranty on the labor/parts. Less than 24 hours later, the shark bite fitting had completely popped off and water was gushing out of the pipe. The problem was undoubtedly WAY worse than when I called in initially and it was just a small leak. I called Diamonback and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. After the second visit, I was then told that there would be no further warranty on labor or parts. So basically, if anything breaks again, tough luck. Not exactly the peace of mind I wanted when I decided to call in a professional. I'm hoping that the work that was done today doesn't break again overnight but if it does, I guess I'm on my own.
