  • Buyer Beware!!! Their cancellation policy is not very friendly. Please read on their website. I can understand rebooking fees, etc. due to the nature of the business and the fact that they have to plan ahead for equipment, etc., but the policy seems a little too harsh to be fair. Even the weekend I booked, we had a bad storm come through town, and there was no mention of any leniency even due to storm events!
