  • This is the worst Apple Store I have ever been to. The wait wasn't bad but the staff were rude, unknowledgeable, and had no idea how to provide good customer service. I had dropped my phone in for repair which they said would take an hour, when I came back to pick it up (3 hours later) they told me it will take an additional 4 hours and that if I want a phone in the mean time I will have to pay for it. Made no sense.. totally unacceptable. Will not be returning.
