| - Im writing this review from a customer's POV, and not a person that has taken their vehicle in for service. I first purchased a vehicle here back in 1986, from a salesman named Rahat Chawdry. Since that day, I had followed him around to this dealership and Sunridge Nissan until he left to go to Honda. In that time I had bought bought various Nissan products at Stadium from 300 zx's to Sentra's, to Rogues. The salesmen have also come and gone. I had one name Tom Mckinnon, Glenn ?, but the main reason I go to Stadium now is because I know the new car sales manager Mark N. he always treats me fairly, and goes out of his way to get anything extra he can for me when I buy a new car.
As far as the owners the "Bate's", I think they could be a little friendlier. My impression when I walk into the dealership is that they seem a little indifferent. Yes, they say hi sometimes but I can't really put my finger on it. You just have to go in their yourself to see what I mean. It doesn't feel all that genuine to me. I could be wrong.
Now going back to 1986, I know this review wasn't originally intended to be on the service side of the dealership. When I first bought a new vehicle back in 86' their was a service advisor by the name of "Lorne" which has since long been gone. He had left a very sour taste in a persons mouth so to speak. I brought my car there to be serviced, because of a technician named Mike who back then moved to I think Jamaica. They also had an awesome service manager named Brett Bishop. Unfortunately their are good and bad techs at all dealerships. I thinks it's a good idea to build a repore with any place you get your vehicle serviced. It takes time, I haven't really done that at my own dealership's service even after 3 or so years. It's tough, especially after the current service manager just quit now you have to start from square one.
I do know from a customers POV that Mark at Stadium will treat you fair.
