Avoid this company. I wish I could have given them a "0". We called this company about a low battery problem (constant, annoying beeping) in one of our sensors in the hallway early on a Sunday morning. What a joke! They do not have any service representatives on a weekend at all and the emergency monitoring services said there was no supervisor on the weekend that could help us. They also told us our issue was not an emergency and we would need to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get the issue resolved. Do they think their product doesn't break down on the weekend? Their website says they provide 24/7 service but what they really have is 24/5 service (M-F). With the video from their website (not sure why the person we called didn't know about this video) we changed our own battery. It is a very simple process. Very poor, shameful customer service Safeguard. We will be exploring other home monitoring services in the future.
