All in all, ugliest business ethics I have experienced in my life. AVOID!
Everything seemed great at first but then after we paid, after the wedding, marketing hell started. They wanted extra money for the wedding photos and suddenly claimed that the money we paid for the photographer did not include the photos themselves. (Why would anyone pay a photographer and then not want the photos???) All we got was a download of the photos, but the download had a copyright text across them!!
So now when I think back of our wedding, the most personal moment in my live - I think of how Chapel of the Flowers screwed us by taking our wedding photos hostage. I could not even request a refund for the part of the money that went to the photographer because they made sure to call that "tip". We did not want to buy the photos because or even to think back of the wedding because we do not want to be reminded of how the marketing people at Chapel of the Flowers screwed us in every thinkable way.
Another unethical thing is that when our relatives went online to see the wedding, they were prompted to and they felt obliged to buy gifts through Chapel of the Flowers to send us.
It has now been one year and we are still getting phonecalls and emails every week where they try to sell us stuff, mouse pads with wedding photos and whatnot. After the wedding their marketing people were calling us every day so we had to change the phone number.
A vegas wedding is supposed to be spontaneous and wild, not unethical and dishonest. The Chapel of the Flowers got it all wrong. Dont do the same mistake as we did!
