  • We have been contemplating of buying an RV for more than 3 years now. In those past years we have been to countless RV shows, RV shops at one point or two even had secured loan for specific unit we wanted but ended up aborting the purchase mainly because of trust issues and poor quality of service amidst negotiation process, it's scary to think that we are apparently without assistance after the fact. June 15, 2018 after more than 5 months of email correspondence with Brad Leach, the owner of Tom's Camperland, we made our ultimate decision to end our quest for our first RV. For us to take a very long trip from San Francisco to Mesa and back reflects the unmatched reputation of the negotiation process with Brad. We could've just walked-in our nearby dealership for ease of convenience but the trust that was built and established by and between me and Brad, was more than enough to take the trip. Tom's exceeded our expectations. Our prep guy, Tristan, ensured that all our concerns were addressed. He went above and beyond in the hope of providing us customer care and satisfaction. We have nothing but respect for Brad and his crew. And if you are in the market for an RV, we highly recommend you pay Brad a call/email if you are like us, from out of the state, or a visit if you are nearby.
