Poor service at the drive thru. Employees need to be trained to speak up, get the order, recite it back and give a total. If a total cannot be provided it needs to be stated at the window. I had to wait forever just to get the guy on the intercom and he got my order wrong multiple times and then just left me sitting there. I had to ask if he had gotten it all and if I was able to pull ahead. At the window the guy could not get my order correct either. I finally left with the right order. The staff seems to need better training and some listening skills. They weren't rude...just poorly trained. Maybe a manger needs to keep a closer eye?
