Wow what a joke this place. Started with a sales person in appliance that did not know what the hell he was doing. Forgot to put the notes for delivery team not to deliver without my call to them first since my job is unpredictable. Delivery team calls and very rudely tells me that they are attempting delivery and where the hell am I. Then they cancel my order completely. After talking to 3 different customer care reps at 1800 number I get a new delivery date. They call me to notify delivery time and since it was first half of the day I could not be there because of my job unexpected put me to work that morning. I get a call from the same guy Tony and he starts talking to me like I owe him something. Telling me that I should not schedule if I don't know if I be there or no. He does not have time to play games. I should call in sick to work to get that delivered. And for the new delivery date I need to be there 7am to 10pm so they finally stop playing games... What t f!!! Who puts this kind of people in customer service. And I have had business done with best buy in California and it's nowhere close to what they do here. This store is the worst one I have encountered so far!!!! Best buy should realize that the only thing they have left is to offer good customer service to bring people back to their stores. Otherwise everyone can go seat at home and order cheaper item online in the comfort of their home.
