| - Looking for a full body workout, but not sure what to do or even where to begin? Hate meandering around the gym without a clear vision or workout plan? Swing into Push 40 and get started with a different - better type of workout than you have had before. When I first walked in, I noticed the awesome music playing and unique lighting around the mirrors. This created a fun environment right away. As we got into the workout, I loved the structure of the stations and intervals throughout the rotations. For me, the intervals broke up the workout nicely and kept me motivated and focused for the duration. The idea of alternating between cardio and strength stations is fantastic. It keeps the workout fresh and exciting. And speaking of cardio...the treadmills here are fantastic. These are not your generic off-the-lot running machines. I found my knees and feet thanking me for the ergonomic comforts of the treadmill belt. I loved that my knees and feet did not hurt after using them, which can sometimes be the case with all the pounding from a regular treadmill. Although it is a group class, the workout is differentiated for your fitness level. You are in control and can really work to find your own individual push pace. Personally, I like the guidance of a trainer to encourage, support, or correct me as I go through the workout. This helps me to keep going throughout the workout, and also prevents injury. Push 40 consistently offers that, which is hard to find at gyms.
Best part of all...??? You get it all in 40 minutes!!!
