  • Hands down the worst music venue in the city, possibly the world Inconvenient to get to by any mode of transportation. Powertripping security staff. No toilet paper even before the concert starts. If you're going to call your establishment "Sound Academy," the music shouldn't sound like it's coming from a cheap cassette player buried at the bottom of a gym bag. The VIP section consists of uncomfortable rickety bleachers on a balcony with especially horrible acoustics. The bartender in the balcony section carried out a conversation during the whole concert that I could hear better than I could hear the band. Avoid at all costs, even if your favourite band is playing here.
