If Yelp offered zero stars that is what I would rate my experience with the store. I can tell you that you are shuffled around from sales rep to sales rep on the floor. We were turned away when we went to pick up our furniture the next day at noon because it was an inconvenience for the warehouse associate to pull the merchandise while doing inventory. We were asked to return later that evening. We live approximately 30 minutes away from the store so this would not be convenient for us. When I called in to make a complaint I could not speak with anybody directly in the store as you are routed to an 800 number in their corporate office. After several attempts, and multiple customer service representatives - which one of them put me on hold for 50 minutes, one was rude and routed me to a voicemail when I asked to speak with a manager who she said would tell me the same thing she was telling me, then I finally reached a manager who arranged to have the items delivered. She did explain that the delivery window was 8 PM to midnight but that it was a Wednesday and therefore we should see the items by 10 PM. The items were delivered at midnight. My husband was awake and received the items at the house. The next morning I woke up to see that they delivered the wrong rug. Therefore another delivery had to be scheduled. With both deliveries I did not receive a phone call the day before to arrange a shorter window time as they promise. As you can see this has been the worst shopping experience. I would never recommend the store to anyone. There are plenty of furniture stores out there from inexpensive to high end that you can go to. So being that I have to write this a one star I would say that is deserved for the lead customer service manager who assisted me with some resolution and helped us get our furniture and provide a small credit. When an establishment makes mistakes, all a customer looks for is resolution and an apology. Hopefully in the future they will learn from the mistakes made with my order and implement change within their staff to make a better buying experience for their customers.
