  • I recently booked 2 ATV's for a weekend trip. Called the company a week before, they took my details and credit card number and confirmed everything including the ATV models that I would be receiving. Then 2 days before my trip I got a call from the owner to say he had an old kick start ATV available but nothing else. I can appreciate that sometimes mix-ups occur and would have been accepting if the owner had been apologetic but he gave the impression that my business was not a concern. I was able to scramble and book somewhere else at the last minute but if you don't want to risk your plans, I would look elsewhere. Unprofessional.
