rev:text	This place is overall lousy at their job. People write negative reviews usually when they are mad at a business, but that isn't the case here... I'm not mad at them at all. I didn't have anything go wrong necessarily... the place just sucked. From the minute I drove my car onto the lot I was met with aggressive sales people trying to sell me tire shines, waxes, even a nee windshield, but all I wanted was the interior of my car cleaned. I was specific with at least three people that I wanted the inside of my car cleaned thoroughly. I purchased the basic package for $15 because really all it would take is a vacuum and some compressed air to blow out the dirt from small spaces. When I got my car back, I couldn't even tell it had been washed or vacuumed. There were still streaks of gunk on the outside of my car that were easily wiped off with my finger and should have easily been taken care of by the wash, the inside looked like they had just moved my seats around and shaken the floor guards out. There were spots on my leather seats that could have easily been wiped off but I was told that they don't even touch the seats with the basic package. Nobody told me that until the wash was done. The inside of the store is dirty, dark, and you could tell that they hadn't cleaned to the soda machine in who knows how long. All of the straws were covered in old soda that had dried so the packaging was nasty. I won't be going back to this place, but if you do choose to get your car washed here, make sure you know what you're paying for. The basic package is nothing more than just a rinse and a shake, maybe if you spend more you'll get better quality service.
