  • My computer was in bad shape, overrun by by viruses and barely working. I reached out to Trox Tech based on other yelp reviews and am so happy that I did. Brooks was friendly and easy to talk to. He offered to pick up the laptop and return it once he was done, which was extremely helpful. He picked the it up around noon and returned it by 6:30 pm. Upon return, the computer was as good as new, with all my data saved and restored. He also offered good advice on what to us to protect against future virus attacks. I'm so happy that I called him and although I hope that I don't have to again, I will not hestitat to reach out to him for help. Total cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you Brooks!
