  • I'm not really sure why the reviewers below had negative experiences because I've experienced the exact opposite. While it did take some time to land my first job with them, when it came, it was a perfect fit. In fact, the contract ended and I'm now being hired full-time back at the company I contracted with. This is all thanks to Renaissance Personnel! I don't think I would've ever been able to find this company on my own, so I'm very grateful Renaissance connected me with them. Also, I really love the family culture they have in the office. They take the time to give a personal touch. For instance, in my second month working in my contract, Renaissance showed up to my work and awarded me "Employee of the Month!" They brought cake and everything! I thought that was so cool and sweet. :-) I've worked for many staffing agencies in the past, and none have ever gone above and beyond like Renaissance.
