The Camp- where you can and WILL lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks! Trust me!! The Camp is so much more than a gym. It's a fun, supportive and inspiring environment. Everyone from the trainers to the fellow campers have become like family to me. They teach you about nutrition and why your body needs the foods it does. They make the workouts challenging and fun, usually partner or team oriented. And the best part is that they truly care. It's personalized and everyone here knows you by name. I know if I didn't show up for a few days they'd be looking for me! The accountability and encouragement here is unreal. The trainers are the absolute best. They push you to do things you didn't know you could do and cheer you on all the way! I know for a fact I probably wouldn't have achieved what I did here with just any trainer. Charles, Scott and Ashley are amazing at what they do and I've never felt this motivated or excited to work out with any other program/trainers I've had. I feel like I owe The Camp so much, because for me this wasn't simply a 6 week challenge, but has turned into a lifestyle change that I plan to continue! I love meal prepping now, I love getting up at 5am for my morning workouts and I love being a healthier happier me. I am a completely changed person from who I was 6 weeks ago and I can't thank everyone at The Camp enough!
