  • I just moved to Pittsburgh and have a couple of weeks before I can move into my apartment. After a 37 hour drive across the country my clothes, frankly, smelled. The Laundry Factory was clean, the staff made me feel comfortable, and the free wifi helped to pass the time. They also have a massage chair, which is better than any massage chair I've ever sat in. Well worth the $1 for 3 minutes to make laundry a little less of a chore. My new place has a washer and dryer, but I'll definitely recommend the Laundry Factory to my friends who don't.
