Yani is technically a great stylist. Unfortunately the salon is very poorly managed. After booking an appointment two weeks in advance, I a got a call from someone at the salon asking for a credit card number to secure my appointment. I'd been to the salon many times before and this had never been the case. When I told the person I didn't want to give my credit card information out over the phone, she said it was no problem. When I showed up at the salon, I was told my appointment has been "canceled" because I hadn't given my credit card information and that the computed had no record of my appointment despite the fact that they knew what the appointment was for. I was offered an appointment two hour later with another stylist. I had taken time off work for the appointment. It's too bad that this is the way clients are being treated at Flirt. I haven't found anyone else with Yani's skills, but I'm going to start looking again. It's not worth it to be treated like this.
