  • I lived in this complex for 2 years (2012-2014). This place had several leaks in the ceiling (I was the ground level floor). There was a persistent leak nearly the entire time I lived there (about 1.5 years) I have all of the work orders + photos. They gave me the run around, said they repaired it and after it rained again, I knew they didn't. Eventually they blamed a roofing company. The roofing company eventually contacted me and told me it was nothing with the roof. I submitted BBB complaints and continued to make work orders. After I ended my lease, this complex charged me $380 in retailiation to replace the carpet, citing pet damage. This was absolutely FALSE, as my dog was house trained and always in the kennel when I was not home. I even paid to have the carpet professionally cleaned as they had told me was in my lease, it was not. This carpet was NEVER replaced. Though it was likely mildew from the YEARS of rain damage. I have been bullied into paying this due to complaints against this company for not fixing this property. This is nothing but retaliation. I had contacted even the corporate office. Beware, you will have a terrible experience if you rent from this predatory complex and management group! Terrible people! See my photos for PROOF! They are scammers and will take your money one way or the other. Don't rent here. PEM real estate group. TERRIBLE!!
