After reading all the raving reviews, I decided to try ChuChai myself. I took the "crispy" duck dish, which seems to be a favorite. It was bluffing, texture and taste were both telling me "ok, they lied, this is actually duck". Probably the most realistic vegan meat I've ever tasted. And the skin (fried soya sheets) added an extra touch of realism and flavor. The portion of duck was unfortunately small, so I also got a side of crispy spinach (which was so good, highly recommend!). I loved the meal, but the prices are steep for the small portions you get. However, it's definitely a great place to impress your vegan date.
