Be aware! Bad business practice! I went to this spa with a Groupon on July 23rd . When I made the appointment, I was asked for a credit card to hold the appointment, and they will charge $1, but the $1 will be refunded after I paid with the Groupon.
The $1 was never refunded, so I called the spa and spoke with a gentleman, he apologized and said he had processed the refund. The refund was never posted on my credit card, a few days after my call, I called again and spoke with the same gentleman and he assured me that the refund was processed. That was 2 weeks ago, refund never received.
It's not about the $1, it's the fact that this business takes a $1 from every customer and doesn't refund it as promised.
I wonder how many $1's this business has made from doing that?
