  • I walked in on a Friday morning at 10 thinking I would get right in... think again! I should have listened to the reviewers.. this place stays busy! I waited about 30 minutes to be taken. Not terrible considering I didn't have an appointment on a Friday, and I was in no rush. My nail tech was Judy and she was fantastic! She spoke perfect English which was great because I always like talking to my nail tech. I have been wanting to try sns since I have heard nothing but amazing things. She told me that I am going to absolutely love the sns, and she was spot on! She said that she did sns all the time at her old salon she worked at, and you can tell she definitely has experience!! My nails look fantastic. The reason for the 3 stars is because this place just doesn't stand out. I never understand why you don't get a hand/arm massage when you pay extra for things like gel and sns? I'm spending my hard earned money, it would be nice to slap a little lotion on me and rub for a minute or 2. I saw some of the nail techs giving a massage so not sure who gets one and who doesn't. It would also be nice if they offered you water or a beverage. I guess I'm just spoiled by other salons. Anyways i did like this place and I will be back to see Judy, she was great!!
