  • This place is fabulous. I found out about it in an ad in a magazine. I scheduled and cancelled appointments because I kept getting nervous. I finally stuck to my appointment and was welcomed right in. The decor of this place is very nice out in the lobby, the rooms being a little doctor like, and the bathroom is stocked for so many things that may arise. I explained it being my first wax and Nikki was amazing. She explained things, told me what would hurt worse, and asked me if I wanted to stop. She really made me comfortable and not embarrassed. Some things do hurt, but their hard wax did make a difference. Nikki was so friendly and welcomed questions while she worked that really helped me to relax and ignore what was happening. I would advise when you go in, to go with an open mind. Things do hurt, but it truthfully is not as bad as you think it is. I booked my next appointment that day and even added in an appointment for another thing. At checkout I was given a $5 coupon for being a first time client for my next appointment on top of getting my service half price. Score! Would love to see them give that coupon every so often to cut down on costs. I highly recommend. I have my next appointment coming up soon.
