  • **DO NOT SHOP HERE** Most UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY business practices I have ever encountered. The Salesman, Brian, obviously had no clue what he was talking about. To top it all off, after talking to the sales staff it was obvious there was no way in hell I was going to purchase anything from them.(their hidden fee's are ridiculous) I made the mistake of letting them know I was already pre-approved through Harley Davidson and they went and pulled my info WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and did a hard inquiry on my credit report, which is completely illegal, and managed to drop my credit score for the additional hard inquiry. STAY AWAY. To top it off after all that Brian had the nerve to tell me "Better not let me find out what bike you decide on" basically threatening my well being by insinuating he was going to do something to the bike to potentially harm me. This place is a joke. Please do NOT support such a shady business.
