  • I got a free inspection with my Goettl summer service package. Basically the entire thing was a waste of money. First I'll start with the pro's. Pros All the techs I met were nice, polite, clean and friendly. They all showed up on time and didn't mess around on the job. They send you estimates via email with pictures. Nobody was scared of my dog. Cons Both companies are rip offs. I am writing on Sunny's exclusively but Goettl was too. The Sunny plumbers came out, put a camera down my backyard sewer hook up and told me it would be 3k to do a powerwash of my tubes. My sewer pipes have an easy access spot in my backyard, in the shade, that goes in straight line to the main drain which is about seven yards away. I can rent the tool do this from HD for the entire day for under $100. Both sides of the company used scary sales tactics which is just a turn off for me. All in all I paid 130 for some sort of service that I got nothing from besides getting crazy ass over priced quotes from both companies. Nice people, they seem to care about their reputation too, but the prices are kinda insane.
