Don't let the follow up from the business fool you. Remember in my original post where I said they footed the bill for a rental car because they couldn't get mine fixed? Well, they never paid the bill for it and the rental car company ended up charging ME for the rental...the disgruntled customer. I have spoken with numerous people at the email given and even at the Firestone itself. I received one phone call from some manager who had to leave me a message and I called him back and had to leave HIM a message...and then NOTHING.
Here's what my bank account shows:
9/20/17 Enterprise $(34.30)
9/25/17 Provisional credit $34.30 (because I disputed this transaction with my bank)
11/8/17 Enterprise $(34.30) because my bank denied my claim
And since then...absolutely nothing.
