  • This place has become my (not so) hidden gem in Shadyside. A great place to come during the week and weekends. Stack'd has two identities the downstairs is usually full of college kids while the upstairs caters a bit more to young professionals... or at least that's how it seems to me . Staff seems more friendly and outgoing than the normal bar in the area, so thats always a plus. During the week you can get their build your own burger/ veggie burger on Tuesday and Wednesday for $3 and a pitcher of yuengling to wash it down for $5. There are about 25 free options and a few more for a dollar or two extra. Burgers are well executed even if you are like me and get more than one sauce. On the weekends if i am looking to avoid the crowds and just chill with some friends I got upstairs. Its never crowded service is quick and prices are good. I always try to go here with my friends even though most don't know it exists or have never been, so if you are looking for a chill night this is a great place to start.
