Brunch Review@ the Bellagio.
Came here for Sunday brunch. The brunch was delicious. Breakfast here is great. The pancakes are made fresh, the french toast is made fresh. They were very moist and tasted so good. Usually the french toast and pancakes are pretty dry at the buffets. The even had maple honey bacon freshly sliced. The prime rib was juicy and flavorful. They had a good salad bar, although I'm not a big fan of salads at a buffet. I just go straight for the good stuff. The fruit here was sweet. The desserts were ok. Not as good as what I've read. But I'm sure the desserts are better in the dinner buffets. They were still good. But I didn't see any creme brulee or manans foster for Sunday brunch.
We got there around 10:00 for brunch and the line wasn't to bad. We waited in line for about a half hour. Champagne was available for and extra charge which was kind of nice because champagne is usually included in the price which means you would pay more for your buffet even if you don't drink champagne. I also liked that they have a restroom inside the buffet. Better than walking all the way outside of a buffet to go to the restroom.
I recommend this place for breakfast. I haven't tried their lunch and dinner so stay tuned for future reviews.
