  • This looked like a cute place to take a mini me and myself for a mani/pedi. When we walked in, the receptionist had a "what do you want attitude?" no water offered or anything. My little friend (5 year old family friend) and I were just standing there while on the wall loud and trashy videos played. Several of the staff were literally lying on couches doing nothing. I had to ask receptionist where do we go? Her response "well its 2:16 I guess you an go sit there and pointed at awkward nail station. My little friend could barely reach the bar. The manis were ok nothing special, they chipped the next day. The pedicures were ok, also chipped right after we left. It was over priced for what it is. What bugged me was how unprofessional some of the staff were. A customer complained about a service and the staff kept talking about the customer after she left. One of the staff who was lying in a couch would come back and report how "her payroll" was good. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. The receptionist took off in to some back room. A new customer was wandering around not sure where to go wanting water. One of the manicurists went and got her and advised receptionist a customer wanted water. The receptionist rolled her eyes and begrudgingly got her a cup. Needless to say, my local place is much better and I will not return.
