  • My Brother moved from Corpus Christie and used PODS to store his stuff. This company is a big corporation and the customer service is useless. We were charged an extra month of storage ($200) because we did not have the POD back to them by Oct 11! This was never explained to us when we arranged delivery for Oct 13. I would never use this company again. Look for some one who cares about their customers not just payment.
