  • Well, I have tried many Japanese restaurants, I have also tried 'other' Nobus. The one in Las Vegas was simply not as good as the ones in California. Perhaps the fishes need to be shipped to a very dry desert and deteriorate during the transit. That being said, Nobu is one if not the best Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas.
