  • Brutal experience on December 27, 2016. 1.5 hours in line to get the car we pre-booked, and once we got to the car, another 40 minutes in another line to get the car seat we also pre-ordered. They tried to say someone didn't show up for their shift but, reading the other reviews, it's obvious this is how they conduct business. Stay away.
