  • Horrible. We were supposed to be picked up at 5:50 for a big charity event and they never showed up even though everything was confirmed the day before AND an hour before. Even worse, we had to spend 5 minutes on the phone with someone who apparently had no idea where the car was and finally told us it would be another 10-15 minutes. We used Uber instead.
